Bolivia

Monday, June 1st, 2009

This month has been a very busy one for Bedouins International (wahoo!) While Stephen is in Guatemala (see previous post), we have the ridiculously talented Bob Miller in Bolivia with a team from Christian Life Church. Bob is there to document “the best kept secret in the world,” says CLC’s Pastor Rick Long. We can’t wait to hear and see more!

p.s. Stephen is coming back from Guatemala tonight, so check back later this week for pics from the trip!

Hearts for the Children

Thursday, May 28th, 2009

As many of you already know, Stephen is currently in Guatemala making some pretty photos for a ministry calledHearts for the Children. He will be helping to tell the story of Lupita, an ex-prostitute of 20 years who was saved from that life by The Mary Magdelene Ministry (part of Hearts for the Children). She is now married, has kids and helps run the place. We really look forward to hearing and seeing this amazing woman!

Stephen has also been touring a bit…here is a shot of him in Guatemala City:

*And an update on the earthquake and tsunami watch – the watch was lifted, thank goodness, but please continue to pray for the families who lost loved ones on the northern coast of Honduras. Stephen and Paul were just there last month doing some photo and video work for Missions Unlimited.
